Surveys
If you have used mental health services or other kinds of support in Camden in the last year we would like to hear from you – please fill out our online survey here:

We want to improve people’s experiences of using mental health services in Camden, particularly when people move between services, stop or start services. For this reason, we want to hear your stories about how this has worked or not, and your thoughts on what could make a difference.
Your feedback will help us to create anonymised case studies. These will help people planning services to think about how they can make sure services are working together well, that resources are used effectively and people do not miss out or fall through the gaps. We are not able to take up individual cases or deal with complaints, but we can make sure that the points you made are heard by those who make decisions about services in the future.
C&I Service User Involvement Strategyi s being revised. Please let us know your views. you can see the current on on the Trust website.

Body Worn Cameras on psychiatric wards. There is a pilot underway (Spring 2020) to introduce body cameras onto 2 wards with a view to rolling it out. How do you feel about staff wearing cameras? The footage is kept for 28 days, and staff have the control over when the camera is off or on. It is being run as a QI project. Objections to the pilot were raised at the Service User Alliance and the Womens’s STrategy Group have concerns about the impact upon vulnerable patients. What do you think? Email your thoughts to hello@sidebysidenetwork.org. We will feed these back to the QI team.
