Fridays

Free online hypnotherapy sessions independently provided by  Freddy Jacquin.

The Arrow Technique is a technique developed by Freddy, originally to help people overcome, decrease or eliminate, chronic pain. The technique evolved to include relief from emotional pain, including anxiety, stress and irrational fear. The Arrow Technique is only one aspect of Freddy’s work, or as Freddy puts it “just one tool in his hypnotherapy tool box”.

Freddy’s previous sessions have proven so popular, that he has kindly agreed to run a free weekly session during the current lock-down.  These free live demonstrations will run via Zoom every Friday at 4pm (BST) starting on Friday 1st May 2020, and are designed to help with empowerment: how to recognise those thoughts that empower us and those that limit us or create anxiety, to enable us to regain control of our lives, rather than be slaves to our thoughts.

Freddy Jacquin has worked as a hypnotherapist since 1994.  He has helped more than 30,000 therapy clients in his private practice and group sessions.  He is the founder of The Jacquin Hypnosis Academy, previously known as the UK Hypnotherapy Training College (UKHTC), and has trained thousands of hypnotherapists throughout the world.
