Recommended Books

These books have been found useful in understanding issues relating to the consequences of post-trauma psychological damage and how to explore/navigate through healing within the mental health system. Mental Health service users will find them interesting to read.
We are including links to Amazon so you can see more about the titles, but we would like to encourage people to support Camden Libraries and our local independent bookshops. You can also access the library at the Recovery College which was established by one of our members with all the books being recommended by mental health service users.
